Why I went with the Fit and not a Civic…

Those wheels are looking real nice

Out of all the factory wheels, they’re the best looking. I just got the car last week (it’s my second Fit), and after upgrading the suspension, I want to swap out the wheels. These are too big and narrow for me. I’m thinking of going with something lightweight, 15-inch, and better for track use or autocross. Plus, a higher profile tire would handle the Midwest’s terrible roads better. When I make the switch, I might post these factory wheels on this forum to sell to you. :grin::+1:

Same reason I picked it. Also, the better gas mileage. I love traveling, and being able to sleep in it is perfect for me. Makes my road trips even better lol

I’m currently averaging 36.7 MPG even though I’ve been driving it like a rally car and using it as a pickup truck for the past week. Now that I’m done hauling stuff, I’m hoping to get my MPG above 40 by the end of the month :crossed_fingers:

@Laine
Just drive with a light foot and coast when you can. You’ll hit 45 MPG on the highway in no time.

@Laine
I’m struggling to get mine past 32 MPG though.

I moved into my new place this weekend and used my Fit to haul a bookshelf, two nightstands, and four big garbage bags full of clothes. It’s so spacious for a small hatchback.

I love my Fit for so many reasons, and this is definitely one of them :heart:

Making full use of it .

Same, but the ride is a bit rougher compared to others.

Lol… it’s not as rough as my Miata or Integra with lowered suspension and stiff springs. Compared to those, my Fit feels like a Cadillac :joy:

It just fits, doesn’t it?

I knew you would pick the Fit .

Does it have more space than the Civic?

Definitely more usable space. The ‘magic seats’ and the tall roof make it way more practical.

And if you need even more space, you can take out the magic seats with a socket driver in about 5 minutes.

@Whit
Yep, I was going to say the same thing. It takes me around 10 minutes to remove or put them back.

Thanks for letting me know .

That’s the way to do it .
