I don’t like people who complain but I would talk to the general manager and let them know their techs are taking advantage of customers. I bought my Honda from Oakland and the sales team was great. Thankfully I never had to deal with the service department

If it’s a D series bulb (HID or Xenon) then those bulbs are really expensive. But you can get it for about 100 at a parts store and replace it yourself

I can’t stand Honda of Oakland. They pester me with calls and emails all the time. It’s so annoying. Their sales team was bad when I bought my car and I never go in for anything from them

$246 for the intake boot? I replaced mine on my 2012 Civic in 10 minutes and paid $17 for the OEM part from Honda. This is robbery
