Does this car have an aux port? If yes, where can I find it? I’m talking about a Honda Civic from 2009.
You might want to check the center console, glove box, or the small compartment in front of the shifter.
But it’s possible that the 2009 model doesn’t even have this feature.

I’ve looked in those spots already and couldn’t find anything. I guess it doesn’t have one, which is really frustrating since there’s an aux button on the console.
@Ronald
Sometimes they place it on the back of the radio unit.
You could try using a Bluetooth FM transmitter and put it in the armrest.
My 2006 Accord has an aux button too, but that usually means it’s for an auxiliary radio. There’s a port on the back of the radio where you can add another CD player or something similar. They even made a Bluetooth device that plugs into that for about $50. It was great because it worked seamlessly with the steering wheel controls.
As mentioned before, it might be on the back of the head unit, so you’d need to run a cable for it. My 2011 FK2 had the AUX and USB ports in the armrest compartment.

Same here with my 2009 EX. But that looks like an iShift, so not sure if your Civic is from 2009.
@Yahir
The car might have been sold as 2009 but is actually from 2008. My 2019 4-door was put together in late 2018.
I can’t recall when Honda stopped making the i-Shift. I think the 1.4 got an updated i-Shift in 2009, while later 1.8 models got a proper automatic transmission.
This is all from memory.
@Galen
What is an i-Shift? Was it a thing in Europe?

It’s an automated manual transmission.
Generally, it was seen as worse than the manual option in every way. Later 8th gen hatchbacks got a regular automatic instead.
It was used on the 8th gen Euro Civic hatchbacks until the later facelift, and a few UK/Euro Jazz (Fit) models.
@Galen
I haven’t heard of any brand where people liked the automated manual. Why even make this?
Have you checked the owner’s manual? It should mention the location.

I didn’t think about that. I’ll check it out when I’m home.
It should be in the center console next to the 12v power outlet.

But not in the pre-facelift FN/FK, if I’m correct.
My 2009 EX has a 3.5mm aux port and a USB port in the back of the center armrest.
But… that user interface on the dash looks different from what I’ve seen. Is that an aftermarket radio?

Honestly, I have no clue. It’s my mom’s new car, and she asked me to find out about the aux port since I rely on it a lot.
It seems there isn’t one, my friend.
It’s likely on the back of the head unit, but it’s not working. The later models from 2010-2012 had it under the armrest.
