Picked up a 2000 Civic SI (EM1) with only 102k miles. It’s been a long search and I finally got it at MSRP. Looking forward to getting it fully set up and enjoying it for years.
Looks like a 99’

It’s actually a 2000, with just 102k original miles

Man… seeing the snow on that beautiful EM1 makes me sad. Is there no way to protect it?
@Frances
You mean like the two garages in the picture?

You know, sometimes you read something you’re already thinking and it just makes it that much funnier.
@Frances
It’s just frozen water, no harm done. We just moved, so there are boxes next to the car in the two-car garage. Once we clear it out, the EM1 will be inside.
@Frances
Also, here’s how I found it. Sitting under a tree collecting dirt and sap.

That looks like a scene from the Last of Us .
@Frances
Snow doesn’t hurt things, salt does.
@Frances
Why? Your car’s not going to melt away… you can still take care of it and enjoy it as it is, not just garage it.

Odd question, but does your house have an open courtyard in the middle with three French doors leading into it? I worked for a cabinet company and we had a house design like that, and your home looks similar. Nice car though.
FL5 is nice, but that EBP EM1 with the 5-lug conversion has all my attention. Back in high school, I wanted an EM1 or a 4-door sonic blue GS-R.

5-lug conversion is a lost art and a throwback.
@Zhi
Especially with 17" ITR wheels. About the best you can get, IMO.

Correct center caps too. Unless someone has a random dusty NOS lying around, these are long discontinued.

The person who posted this knew what they were doing
Great combination. That EM1 looks mint.
Dang man, 3-car garage and can’t keep the EM1 inside? I only have a 2-car, and normally my GSR stays outside because my Miata and wife’s car are inside. But the Miata has been banished due to GSR being up on the quick jack lift with the engine out.
@Darby
F80 M3 is in the garage, plus some boxes since we just moved. I’m going to clear it up and put the EM1 in there too.
