Is Honda really as reliable as people say? Can Honda owners share their experiences?
In my opinion, yes. Hondas are reliable, and if you take good care of them, they can last longer than most other brands. I’d say Toyota is just as good too.
Honda is usually good at making cars without defects. You can feel confident that what you’re buying will last longer than other brands.
My 2000 Civic is about to hit 300,000 miles. I really think I could get another 300,000 miles from it.
My 1990 car is still running strong, even after a lot of rough use. New cars are more like computers on wheels, so it’s all about the software now.
My last Honda was a 2007 Accord with a 4-cylinder engine. It only needed basic maintenance. The only problems were using up oil (fixed by replacing the PCV valve and adding oil sometimes) and the Accelerator Position Sensor failing during a road trip. Now, I drive a 2019 Civic Si and I’ve loved it since I got it.
Yes, it’s a budget-friendly brand. It’s easy to repair, parts are inexpensive, and it’s reliable with lots of potential. They focus on smart engineering, making a good-quality car at a low cost. It’s impressive.
