Is $330 for service on a 2023 CR-V Hybrid a good deal?

Just had my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Sport AWD serviced at the dealer after hitting 30k miles. Here’s what they did:

  • Changed transmission fluid
  • Changed engine oil and filter
  • Rotated the tires
  • Replaced the engine air filter

All this cost me $330. I was expecting to pay $500-$600, but I guess not all dealers are trying to rip you off. They didn’t push any extra services either.

What do you think? Did I get a good deal?

Edit: Fixed some typos.

$330 is a great price. OEM fluid alone can cost $20-$25 a quart, so getting all that done for that amount is impressive.

That’s about what we charge at my shop, but even with those prices, it’s hard to get people in the door.

The garage near me is always packed. Surprising you’re not busier.

I stay busy with repairs, but selling fluids or tires is tough. Makes me wonder what quick-service places like Valvoline are putting in transmissions and differentials. I’ve had to drain out the wrong fluids before—it’s a mess.

Why didn’t you get the rear differential fluid changed too? It’s a good idea at this mileage.

The rear differential fluid was actually done at 10k miles per the maintenance minder. It’s due again at 40k, so I’m all set for now. I’m staying on top of everything—I want this car to hit 500k miles on the original engine and transmission (and electric motors).
