How do I get rid of that annoying TPMS light?

Mine has been on for 8 years

Same. My 2011 Fit Sport TPMS light has been on since I bought it used in 2016.

Mine has been on for the 9+ yrs I have owned the car .

That’s this weekend’s project. Did you run into any issues?

Follow this link: https://youtu.be/SriVd0xsiHo?si=c6eCMZgm2U5di7ee. My tips: Use only a plastic pry tool to remove the cowl or you’ll scratch it. The bottom two screws on the cluster need a long extension.

No problem, glad it helped .

Try popping the engine light off too .

I thought about doing the same, but when I got new tires, the guy said it would cost me $40 for two sensors, so I just had it done.

I got new sensors, but they paired fine with the car but didn’t show any readings, so the low tire light kept flashing. I decided to just remove it instead of dealing with more issues.

Yeah, that makes sense. My light stayed on for a year before I had it fixed.

It would have been funny with just the first picture.

If you ever sell the car, you might want to reverse this action. Nice work getting it apart!

Looks like you need to fix your TPMS since your light is on.

The only TPMS system I need is my eyes. The light on the dash is nice when it works… but they usually don’t.

Exactly. I hate TPMS, just another point of failure.

I installed a TPMSD from 9thgenee. No more TPMS lights, and I can swap wheels.
