Does it even work? Tried a few times but it never works, plus the chargers look completely different from the ones I’m used to (J1772 & CCS). I’ve tried googling but couldn’t find a clear answer on this either.
They have CCS and chademo chargers… If it doesn’t look familiar to you then you might have been trying to use chademo chargers

You need to flip your bottom cover off. After charging, you need to disengage the lock from the console.

I did just that 
I think the locations I went to just didn’t have working chargers (just my luck), so I assumed it meant it didn’t work for the Prologue
The internet says if it supports the CCS, it should work.

Yes, it has the 2 little round pins under the J1772. Did you check the app to see if the chargers were combined? Not surprised it didn’t work for you, my small town has less than 10 chargers, and only about 5 work. Sad!

I don’t remember, honestly. I tried two weeks ago and haven’t been back since because I just thought it didn’t work. I’ll try again and check. I live in a small town too… all the chargers here didn’t work 
I had to drive 15 minutes out to find a good one

Do you have the Honda Portable charger? Download the Circle K app too, it should tell you if the chargers are combined. You can also use the charge stations link in the Honda Link app or the EvGo app. I have the portable charger myself because we rent, and I use the 240v connector and plug it into my dryer outlet for level 2 charging. It’s not the fastest but definitely not the slowest!
Was happy to use one in Madison, WI. No trouble at all, didn’t need an app account.

Seems like it was just my luck that both stations I tried weren’t working. I’ll give it another shot .

I had no idea either. Turns out the one near me has the lowest prices!
Yes!! They’re pretty fast too. Using the app makes it so easy. Only thing is, the cords are super thick, so it can be hard to position them right to get them to plug in.
I don’t know why anyone would buy an EV and charge at public stations. The rates are insane.
