I just installed a cold air intake on my Accord and wanted to share the experience. How has this modification worked out for you, and did you notice any significant changes in performance or fuel efficiency? Are there any additional tweaks or maintenance tips you’d recommend to get the most out of it?
I’ve had a cold air intake on my Accord for about 6 months. The main thing I noticed was improved acceleration. Just remember that during the rainy season, you should be cautious since water can get into the intake if you’re not careful.
Nice upgrade. I did the same on my Accord, and the engine sounds so much better now, especially at higher RPMs. Performance-wise, I noticed a slight improvement, but nothing too crazy. Make sure to secure the intake properly, so it doesn’t rattle.
I’d add another clamp to the throttle body coupling, as well as to the pipe. Don’t forget the breather hose too.
