Differences between CR-V and HR-V?

I am looking to purchase a new vehicle and would like to know the genuine differences between the new Honda HRV and CUV from 2021.

I’m not sure how the HR-V has evolved, but my 2019 model essentially feels like the offspring of a Fit and a CR-V. My reason for purchasing mine was that although it’s not a huge vehicle, you can sit a little higher and accommodate my bicycle in the back without removing the front tire.

There is no denying the CR-V’s larger size and more potent engine. There is NO towing rating for the HR-V. If you tow anything, I believe the transmission will burn out more quickly. Though I did equip mine with a hitch receiver so I could carry a bike rack.

I would pick the CR-V. It looks better, is quieter, has more space, and can be used in more ways.
