VSS has already been modified.
Someone replaced the input speed sensor.
Because they only replace parts, the dealer will not even attempt to diagnose.
It could be an issue with the wiring or the instrument cluster itself. Since the dealer isn’t helping, you might want to find a reliable local mechanic or a specialist in Honda repairs who can do a more thorough diagnosis.
