Can anyone help me identify this part I circled in red? I heard some people suggest changing the valve cover gasket, but I believe the issue might just be coming from this specific area.

I think that’s the PCV valve too. It’s a cheap part and pretty straightforward to replace.
Definitely the PCV valve. It’s a simple and affordable fix. Make sure to use an OEM Honda valve. I usually buy my OEM parts from Bernardi Honda. Just a tip - there’s a metal collar that fits into the hole where the bolt goes. If you’re not aware of it, it can fall out easily.
