I’ve checked my owner’s manual but can’t figure this out. I drive a 2023 Honda Civic sedan.
That’s the ‘look mum, no hands’ button.
That icon is pretty straightforward if you ask me.
It’s for the Lane Keeping Assist System. You might see it as LKAS on your dashboard.
Lame assist cruise control.

Lame? Are you sure that wasn’t just a typo?
Your manual definitely covers this. Also, that doesn’t look like a 2023 Civic steering wheel.
That’s drive assist. It helps keep the car centred in the lane and steers for a short time, like 15 seconds, before reminding you to take over. It only works at 72 km/h or faster.

Mine actually works at 50 km/h. I prefer using it over the regular lane assist.

72 km/h is roughly 45 mph for those wondering.
Seems like no one reads the owner’s manual these days.

If you actually read my post, I clearly said I already checked the manual and couldn’t find anything.
Why not just Google or check YouTube instead of asking here?

Because posting here is easier than opening the manual or downloading a PDF to search. People just want quick answers.
@James
I looked up stuff for my 2025 model on YouTube. It was quicker than asking here, but to each their own.

True, but that involves opening YouTube or a search engine. For some, that’s too much effort. I keep a physical manual in my 2019 Civic, plus a PDF on my devices. Or I do like you and watch a quick video.
That’s the lane-keeping assistance button.
It’s for lane assist.
Press that and activate Ludicrous Speed.
That doesn’t look like a 2023 steering wheel.
