Saying goodbye after 6 years… kinda sad

It’s been a good run, but time to move on.

What made you decide to let it go?

Debt and not using it much since we have a family car now.

Not trying to be rude, just curious… if you had it for six years, how come there’s still debt? Wouldn’t it be paid off?

@Tenzin
Maybe it was paid off, then sold to cover other debts?

Yeah, exactly that.

Yeah, exactly that.

How much did you sell it for?

Tree fiddy.

Didn’t think of that, makes sense.

@Tenzin
Had to take care of some credit card debt.

Selling the car must’ve been tough, but smart move if it helps clear debt. I’ve been there before, and these decisions aren’t easy. You’ll get through it.

@Tenzin
Appreciate it. I’m 26 and just trying to get out of debt as fast as I can. This was one of the steps I had to take.

Maybe stop racking up debt?

Easier said than done.

People don’t always realize how easy it is to end up in deep debt. I’ve heard of folks with 60-80k in credit card debt just from impulse spending. Things like eating out all the time add up real fast.

Got it, makes sense.

You can always get another car later. Getting rid of debt is a huge relief. Good call.

What’s the family car?

What’s the family car?

Honda Pilot.

@Jordan
Pilots are solid. If I needed a family car, that would be my pick. Doesn’t even look like a typical family car.
