Driving a small Honda around is so much fun. I can’t wait for the season to start. Hoping to make progress with the kswap route I’m going for. My plan is to have the motor cleaned up and built a bit, plus have everything planned out—turbo, suspension, k20 or k24 head, etc. For now, I’ll keep using the d-series engine until winter is over. That works fine for me at the moment.

That’s the 96-97 version. Much less common compared to how rare the car already is.

Yeah, I have the 1997 bumper on my 1993 del sol. It gives it a much cleaner look. But for those more customised, ‘riced-out’ del sols, I think the fog light bumpers look better.
That looks really good! Love the wheels. Most del sols I see are usually in pretty bad shape.

Thanks! Yeah, especially around Michigan, most are really beat up. I’ve owned four del sols, and the other three were in rough shape. This one is spotless, no rust at all. It was dirty in this picture, though. I think I washed it the next day and parked it back in the garage.

I feel like dark wheels like yours are underappreciated. Everyone seems to want shiny ones now, but I think this looks much better.
The del sol is such a cool car. Love it.
I miss my 93 samba sol. My S2000 is sitting in the garage right now, waiting to be checked out. If it’s just a top-end issue, I’ll fix it. But if the motor is shot, I’m thinking of doing a K20C swap. The only downside is I’ll have to wait another year to get it done.
