Hey, it might not be the newest car out there, but I’m really happy with my 2013 Honda Civic LX. The Bluetooth works great, and for a small car, it’s really comfortable. I also love that it’s not a CVT—this was the last year before they started using those. Feels nice knowing others still love their 2013 Civics too. Mine is black as well. Waiting to get some new hubcaps before taking a proper picture. Just cool to hear others enjoying theirs as much as I do.

That’s awesome. Glad to hear you’re loving it too. I’ve got two kids, and even though it’s a small car, it still works for us when needed. The fuel economy is unreal—filling up from empty for around 24 bucks and it lasts a good while. It’s definitely a solid car for its age. Hoping it holds up well in the long run.

I used to drive a Toyota Sequoia before this, so switching to the Civic was a big change. But that thing was a gas guzzler, and fuel prices pushed me to get something more efficient. Did some research before buying and found out the 2013 model was the sweet spot. Mine had 108k miles when I got it two months ago, but I’m hoping it’ll last a long time. Really cool to see others enjoying this car as much as I do. Thanks for posting about it .

Haha, funny enough, my daily driver before this was a Honda Pilot EX-L… just like you, that thing ate gas like crazy. Loving the switch to a smaller car, though. Makes commutes way easier. Both are great cars, but I think I’m gonna stick with the Civic for a while now.

Thinking of posting a picture once I get the new hubcaps. The ones on it now are pretty beat up. But yeah, cool to see others loving their Civics. I just got mine, so hearing all these positive owner reviews makes me feel even better about it. Thanks for sharing .
Nice, 2013 was the last year with the 5-speed auto. Solid choice. I had a 2013 Civic EX-L and honestly, I liked it more than my 2024 Civic Sport Hatch. Enjoy your ride .
Congrats! I got the same 2013 Civic, but the LX automatic. Picked it up last October and I’m loving it. Ended up paying around $17K, including taxes and an extended warranty from the dealer. Hoping it’s worth it in the long run. So far, no issues at all and only 80K miles .
@Tai
80K miles? That thing’s got a ton of life left .
Best car I’ve ever owned. About to hit 210K miles and still no check engine light.
Looks super clean… has it been repainted?

Maybe. It’s got a few small scratches and dings that don’t show up in pictures. I’m just doing my best to keep it in good shape.
Bought the same car for my son in 2016 when it had 30K miles. It’s at 180K now and the only money he’s spent on it is regular maintenance. Solid car.
165K miles on my 2014, and besides regular maintenance, new tires, and brakes, it’s been super cheap to own. Yours has the 5-speed auto, which is even better than the CVT in mine. But honestly, even the CVTs in these Civics hold up pretty well. Take care of it and it’ll probably outlast you.
Just got a 2014 Civic with 54K miles and it’s been awesome. I spend around $25 a week on gas and haven’t had a single issue so far.
Congrats on the new ride… solid choice .
Looks clean .
Nice, enjoy the Civic. I had a ‘13 Si and loved driving it around Anthem and Seven Hills.
