I recently purchased a 2004 accord with a v6, and it has not been getting decent gas mileage. A full tank may last 150 kilometers. My entire driving experience has been in the city, so that may have played a role, but I believe 150 is still a low estimate. I am having to refill every two and a half weeks.
Does anyone know why or what to do? thanks

That appears to be normal behavior. The Accord simply gets pretty awful city mileage, especially with the automatic.
I wouldn’t anticipate getting much better than 22–25 mpg.
Fill it up and record the distance.
2- Give it a fair amount of mileage. similar to your typical two weeks.
Refill it and record the gallons and miles.
4-Diminishe the previous miles by the current. Calculate the division in gallons.
It is your actual MPG. That’s something I would want to know before I begin troubleshooting.
Remember that the engine depends on a timing belt, and that belt failure will cause the engine to self-destruct.
150 per tank is extremely low, even for street driving. First, do easy stuff like check tire pressure and replace spark plugs.
