Man, reading this got me in my feelings… I got my GE8 Fit in 2015 when I was 19. It replaced my 05 Accord after a drunk driver hit me. At first, I wasn’t happy about the low power, but over time I fell in love with it. It’s fun to drive and easy to maintain. Now it’s 2025, and it still runs like new
Wouldn’t sell it… Car market is terrible and doesn’t seem like it’s changing soon

Only reason I even think about selling is safety… I feel so small in a world of huge cars, and the drivers here in Washington are just bad

I have a 2020 Fit LX… Helps a lot with parking since it’s tight out here

Atlanta drivers are wild… But honestly, I’ve avoided a lot of accidents just because my Fit is small. Easier to dodge, but yeah, also easier to wreck
Good stuff… I’ve had both 2nd and 3rd gens. If you take care of that 2nd gen, it’ll last forever. That engine is solid.
A lot of people your age are stuck paying crazy car loans on unreliable cars that cost a fortune to maintain. Not worth it.
Just keep your car clean, change the oil, and stay on top of fluids and plugs. Wax it often—it’s small, so it won’t take long.
You do not want to be shopping for a car right now

Wow, sounds like you and your car have been through a lot. I got mine about a year and a half ago from my boss. It just sat in her driveway, so she gave it to me. Didn’t like it at first, but now I’m obsessed

That was a rough night… I shouldn’t have been out because there was a big storm. A tree fell right in front of me, and I drove over it. Wrecked my wheel completely
